Women’s Only Coaching
A space created just for you. Our women’s only coaching sessions are designed to help you build genuine confidence on the wall, with a focus on developing solid technique from the ground up.
In a warm, supportive environment free from pressure, you’ll learn to move more efficiently, trust your body, and tackle routes you never thought possible, all guided by coaches who are passionate about helping you grow.
Whether you’re brand new to climbing or ready to refine your skills, you’ll find encouragement, expertise, and a community of women cheering you on every step of the way.
COST: $125 (includes shoe hire and gym entry for the evening)

Intro to Bouldering: Adults
hinking about giving bouldering a go? This friendly 45-minute session is the perfect place to start.
In just one session, you’ll learn everything you need to get on the wall with confidence — how to fall safely, the basic movement skills to get you moving, how to read a problem, and the unwritten rules of bouldering etiquette that’ll make you feel right at home in the gym.
No experience needed, no gear required, just show up curious and ready to give it a try. Our coaches will make sure you feel welcome, supported, and set up for success from the very first move.
COST: $35 (includes shoe hire and gym entry for the day)
